Kopi44 Terms and Conditions – Official Platform Usage Agreement

1Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use the kopi44 platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• You must be at least 18 years at the time of registration. kopi44 takes active steps to verify the age of every new player through an identity verification (KYC) process.
• You must register only one (1) account only per individual. Owning multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts.
• You must provide personal information that is accurate, complete, and up to date during the registration process. Providing false or misleading information is a serious offence that will result in immediate account termination.
• You are solely responsible for keep confidential your password and account login details. kopi44 is not responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account.
• A kopi44 account is for personal use only and may not be transferred, sold, or shared with any other party.

Players from certain countries or regions may be restricted from using the kopi44 platform for legal compliance reasons. kopi44 reserves the right to reject registration applications or terminate existing accounts that do not meet eligibility requirements without prior notice.

2Deposit & Withdrawal of Funds

Kopi44 supports a variety of local Malaysian payment methods to make your financial transactions convenient. All transactions are processed with 256-bit SSL encryption to ensure the security of your funds.

Supported Deposit Methods: DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and local Malaysian bank transfer. Minimum deposit is MYR 10 and processed in under 3 minutes.

• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the same player's name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Kopi44 reserves the right to request proof of ownership of the payment method before processing a first-time withdrawal.
• Minimum withdrawal is MYR 30 per request. There is no daily withdrawal limit for regular players, while VIP players enjoy higher limits.
• Withdrawal requests that meet all requirements are processed within 1 to 24 hours depending on the payment method and account verification status.
• All withdrawals will be credited to the same payment method used for the deposit, except in certain circumstances that require special approval from the kopi44 finance team.

Kopi44 reserves the right to place a withdrawal request on hold for investigation purposes if there are indications of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of terms. In such cases, kopi44 will notify the player within 48 hours and resolve the investigation as promptly as possible.

3Bonus & Promotions

Kopi44 offers a variety of attractive bonuses and promotions for new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific conditions set for each promotion. Please read the bonus terms carefully before accepting any offer.

• Welcome Bonus: Available to new players only. Each player is eligible to claim the welcome bonus once only. Attempts to claim the welcome bonus more than once through multiple accounts will result in the termination of all accounts involved.
• Wagering Requirement (Rollover): All bonuses are subject to the wagering requirements stated in their respective promotional terms. Bonuses may not be withdrawn before the wagering requirements have been fully met.
• Validity Period: Each bonus has a stated validity period. Unused bonuses will expire automatically once the validity period ends, with no compensation provided.

• Bonus Deduction: kopi44 reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any bonus if there is evidence of abuse or misuse of the promotional system.

4Game Rules

All games offered on the kopi44 platform operate using a random number generator (RNG) that has been independently audited by a recognised third party. This ensures every game outcome is random, fair, and cannot be manipulated.

• Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before playing. kopi44 provides game guides accessible within each game title.
• In the event of a technical disruption during an active game, kopi44 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the bet to the player.
• Completed game results are final and cannot be disputed unless there is evidence of a significant technical failure confirmed by the kopi44 technical team.
• The use of automation software, bots, or any third-party software to gain an unfair advantage in games is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.
• For Live Casino games, players must respect the dealer and other players. Rude or offensive behaviour will not be tolerated.

6Player Conduct & Prohibitions

• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit system vulnerabilities.
• Engaging in any activity that may be classified as money laundering or financing of illegal activities through the kopi44 platform.
• Distributing threatening, defamatory, obscene, or unlawful content through any kopi44 communication channel.
• Attempting to hack, breach, or interfere with the security of the kopi44 platform in any way.

7kopi44 Liability Limit

While kopi44 makes every effort to ensure the platform operates without interruption at all times, there are certain limitations to our liability that all players should understand:

• Kopi44 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, such as internet outages, third-party infrastructure failures, or natural disasters.
• Kopi44 does not guarantee that the platform will always be free from bugs or technical errors. However, we are committed to resolving any technical issues as quickly as possible.
• The maximum total liability of kopi44 to any player under any circumstances shall not exceed the most recent deposit amount made by that player within the 30 days preceding the liability claim.
• Kopi44 is not responsible for financial decisions or losses incurred by players as a result of gaming activity. All betting decisions are entirely the player's own responsibility.

8Account Termination & Suspension

Whether at the player's request or at kopi44's discretion, accounts may be terminated or suspended under certain circumstances:

Termination by Player: You have the right to close your kopi44 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, all unfulfilled bonus wagering requirements will be voided and any remaining balance may be withdrawn subject to standard verification processes.

Termination by kopi44: kopi44 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player's account without prior notice if:

• There has been a breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Account suspected of involvement in fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• The player failed to submit the requested identity verification documents within the specified timeframe.
• There is an instruction from the relevant authority to close the account in question.

9Changes to Terms and Conditions

Kopi44 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the kopi44 website.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically to ensure you are always aware of the latest version. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised whenever an update is made.

Continued use of the kopi44 platform following any changes to these Terms and Conditions will be deemed as your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the changes made, you have the right to close your account.

10Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where kopi44 is registered and operates. Any dispute arising from or related to the use of the kopi44 platform that cannot be resolved amicably shall be referred to binding arbitration.

Players agree that any legal claim against kopi44 must be filed within twelve (12) months from the date of the incident giving rise to the claim. Failure to do so will result in the claim being considered time-barred.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be interpreted as closely as possible to its original intent, while all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
